In 2005, ETC emerged from modest beginnings, born from the collective vision of its founders. Recognizing a gap in the market for an adaptable contractor capable of handling diverse tasks, ETC was established. With a combined experience of nearly 60 years in the utility sector, the founders leveraged their expertise and resources to meet various needs across multiple industries.

As the company matured, ETC remained rooted in its origins while embracing growth and specialization. By 2008, we honed our focus on the Utility Contracting Industry, and have since expanded our team to nearly 40 dedicated professionals serving utility providers throughout Georgia. Our commitment to excellence is evident in our investment in a centralized 10,000 sq. ft. facility, strategically planned to strengthen our capabilities and better serve our customers.
